Cons

Sales pressure but not a lot of marketing. Company is new and growing so opportunity is there but not being utilized to potential.

The free jewellery for uniform was a bonus (even though it takes months to come) There is some commission to be made

Cons

Commission percentages have decreased but you are still expected to exceed annual targets even though footfall is dropping. Can be very boring No chance to progress Staff orders take months to arrive (inconvenient for birthdays) Store targets are unachieveable There will be a jealous environment because of competition
