      Pros

      Great product, strong team, and the timing is right. Amazing growth company that is executing well across all functions. Customers love our product, and typically come back for more. All this comes from finding the right problems to solve early on, then taking a consistent approach to bringing in great people and trusting them with significant responsibilities over time. This builds a strong culture that is now helping us scale.

      Cons

      Still working on a few areas around improving internal information flow. But all the foundations are in place for huge success.

      Great Company, startup mentality, but with a proper plan!

      Pros

      A great place to be, colleagues are driven, want to help, want to succeed as a team. For a relatively young company this one has a proper plan for growth, demonstrating mature thinking that will scale as the company grows. Fair pay, great benefits, great environment.

      Cons

      Nothing really. Recruitment process was somewhat prolonged, but that's a good thing - it's in the company's and potential employee's interest to ensure a good fit.
