      Incredible space especially a few years a go to build connections Incredible learning experience overall Even if not senior when you join, you can end up having senior-level conversations

      Cons

      Tanked - it's not what it used to be Company treats you very poorly You're quite literally a number, in the worst way Overworked and paid less than in other techs

      Pros

      Fast-moving, high-growth company. Never a dull day, always challenging. Get to work with talented people, good degree of autonomy for this role. Great culture.

      Cons

      - Lunch is offered (very appreciated), but other facilities (snacks, drinks) abysmal - Implementing restrictions on benefits to force attrition without a layoff (moving from 3 office days to 5), taking away other benefits Management knows current market situation is not the greatest so external opportunities are limited, so I don't see them caring about talented people leaving. Absolutely nothing is done to retain anyone. Lost a lot of great talent due to this, and these senior talents are being replaced with inexperienced people at significantly lower pay.
