      Friendly working environment with a flexible schedule. Freedom to upgrade one's skills by using emerging software.

      Cons

      Weak communication across departments and corporate decisions are taken at the end of the year.

      Team was fun to work with, many team events and performance-based bonus by end of year

      Cons

      Didn't enjoy working in the Portomaso offices, felt a bit claustrophobic but I think it has changed since a new building has been built opposite Portomaso building
