Pros

Lots of learning opportunities Very friendly and professional management in most teams Supportive workplace Good salaries Healthy work life balance and leave policies.

Cons

Large differences in salaries in the same role Very few salary hikes not in proportion to the impact Lots of employees were recently laid off suddenly, the silver lining was 2 months severance. No support in the form of equipment, bonuses are rare.

Pros

This organization is very good in terms of paying salaries and with zero micro management.

Cons

They don't have any fixed policies. On record they said to me that please see your contract in which there is no mention of any policiy regarding termination or anything. All the employees hired in company are on contract basis and eventually they can fire us at any moment of the time. Every thing is based on word of mouth in this organization, which makes it very frustating.
