Cutting too much for themself

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

1- Good job opportunities 2- Good attitude towards the developers

Cons

They are cutting a ton of money for themself. The money you get, they get much more than that. For example, if a developer is getting $3000 a month, the turning will charge the US company $7000 and give $3000 to the developer and cut $4000 for themself.

Not worth it

Pros

Work From home, flexible hours (depending on your team), unlimited PTO, good salary

Cons

Bad management. Seniors micromanage their teams. 2 Layoffs within 2 months. No way for team members to provide feedback on the supervisors. Diversity is there in only a few teams. And they ask the employees to write nice reviews on these websites.
