Pros

Remote work; the CEO is a good communicator, but the rest of the leadership is super boring

Cons

Late night shifts on a daily basis; you work as a contractor and not as an employee; no clearly defined HR policies; heavily biased towards one gender; if you're a male employee, then be careful; absolute wokeness and virtue signalling; hardworking people earn less here but absolute liabilities earn more; more meetings and less work; less work, more politics behind your back; HR promises new hires increment in every 3-6 months which is obviously a marketing gimmick.

Pros

The best thing about Turing is you get to manage your work yourself. And belonging to a 3rd world country it's very difficult to get a good job in US or UK, but Turing enables you irrespective of your ethnicity

Cons

The vetting process is too long and can take up to 8 weeks after the process to hear any response from the management team.
