Pros

Hello, I'm from Lahore, Pakistan. I create and implement strategies to increase the supply of Software Engineers. My title is Global Talent Recruiter. For the past three months, I've been working with Turing. Turing.com allows users to choose when they want to work and provides transparency. It gives me ownership of what I do because there is hardly any boss atmosphere. Working from home allows me to travel, meet new people every day, and work from anywhere I choose. Long distances from home to work, fixed schedules, and the need to be at a particular time used to be a concern for me, but that is no longer the case. The extra hours had become routine. You'll have to improvise, rationalize, and bring your A-game if you want to be in Turing. - Work-life balance -Progressive work culture -Diverse teams -Work with people from across the globe -Remote work forever

Cons
