Pros

Turing provides full-time remote opportunities for a variety of roles. You get to work with some of the best people having long experience of working with top companies. The company culture is very liberal. They encourage people to bring in their creativity and style. I totally loved working there as a data analyst. The payment is timely. Other teams are very cooperative too. Since it's a startup, you'll meet a lot of young and energetic people which I think is a really good thing.

Cons

Late-night working hours is one of the problems that I faced as one needs to work at least 4 hours in PST zone.
