Pros

I've been working at Turing for close to a year now. It's fun to work for such a rapidly growing startup in the Silicon Valley, without moving the Silicon Valley, U.S. They hire for a number of remote software engineering jobs. I've gone through their vetting process, which takes some time, but I was hired soon afterwards. Since I work with a worldwide distributed team, we have to provide overlapping hours with the california based management. However besides the meetings, my work schedule is flexible. Salary is good as well. Better than what I would find locally.

Cons

Management is in PST timezone. All meetings are in the evening for me.

Pros

Top Quality Jobs, Quick Process and Trustworthy Company I applied to be Turing engineer almost a year back. I have also been to several other platforms that promise remote work like triplebyte and toptal. Turing.com provided me a nice experience overall of applying for US remote software jobs. Compensation is definitely good. My selection process was also pretty quick. I passed some coding tests on their developer portal and was invited for a technical interview soon after. A panel of experienced developers interviewed me. After clearing interview questions, Turing team negotiated salary rates with me and I joined as a full time Turing developer for frontend. Many top silicon valley companies regularly hire remote software engineers through turing.com. With in few days, I was matched and staffed on a project with a mid size US technology company. Have been involved with them for almost an year now. Really impressed with the entire process and team. Highly recommended.

Cons

Cant think of anything as of now. Many processes seem to have improved over the year.

Cons

I can't think of anything at this moment in time.
