Pros

Data-driven approach Flexible working time schedule Interact with people from across the world and engineering leaders Great Salary package No budget limitations or bureaucracy

Cons

None for me really. It's essential to take initiative and be self-driven, so if you don't feel comfortable brainstorming, working on new ideas, etc., Turing might not be the best option.

Pros

No travelling at all. I am from Brazil and I work in a USA-based company! Flexible working hours and a totally performance-driven culture. I can set my own schedule and work at my own pace. Good starting salary for entry-level jobs.

Cons

No! None of them I can think of right now
