Pros

Onboarding and hiring was less than a week, I was told it was because there was a great match for me that wanted my skillset really bad. Payment options are super flexible Higher compensation than any employer in my area could ever give me

Cons

Project/contract dependent work, pto can be tricky although it is generally well laid out.
