Pros

I have been associated with Turing for some time now. My experience with Turing has been extremely good in terms of work, culture, compensation, and growth. I am a computer science grad, and I work as a technical writer with Turing. My role at Turing gives me an opportunity to interact with some of the best engineers. Almost all of them find Turing as an excellent platform for remote developers to get top Silicon Valley jobs. The best part of Turing is that although it's a remote company, it makes sure to provide a sense of community to its employees.

Cons

I have not faced any negative experience till now at Turing

Pros

The CEO is quite chill.

Cons

Turing operates on a well-known model that is quite successful, for other companies. Still, the cofounder sees no reason to change the direction and make the company talent-centric.

Pros

I’m from Pakistan and have been working as a full stack developer and solution architect. I also have more than 10 years of experience in iOS application and web development. Working with Turing as a remote developer has been quite fantastic for me. I found the onboarding process really smooth. Whenever I faced any problem, the help was just a phone call away. My experience with my jobs coordinator was really nice. From getting hired by top clients to helping me at all levels he guided me nicely. What I have noticed is that Turing hires developers who have a healthy work ethic and growth mindset. So, anybody who's interested in applying for Turing jobs, do polish these skills. Thanks to Turing, I now have a great work-life balance and the independence to enjoy life as one should!

Cons

Nothing really, you get the best of both worlds.
