Pros

Turing has a lot of customers and will keep sending you roles until they match you with some company

Cons

The contracts are very precary, there is no PTO, sick leaves, job stability, nothing. Many of the roles they offer are for small startups where you will be micromanaged and will have to work under bad conditions or with bigger companies that are in search of cheap labor to take advantage.

Pros

As a developer from Brazil, Turing offers a great opportunitty for developers based outside the US to access higher paying jobs in the US markets. It's also full home office with minimal employee tracking. Great for starting a carreer as a dev.

Cons

Work conditions (culture, hours, enviroment) will depend largely on the client you're engaging with; Turing has some internal communications and process problems; The attractiveness of the pay falls off as you get more experienced
