Pros

Flexible work timings, good work-life balance.

Cons

The company is always going through restructuring so no job security. I feel this company needs to change its upper management. They have no idea what they are doing. Even high-performing employees get laid off. The product can be improved a lot but they just don't care.

Pros

- Remote work - Decent salary

Cons

- Terrible and disorganized communication from indian recruiters - They lie about salary, they will offer you something and then cut it after you get hired - They say they offer PTO but its another lie - If you get fired you won't get paid if you're a contractor so be careful - Tons of tests from turing and each potential client

Pros

Payment is in USD and you have the chance to do a nice work/life balance

Cons

Upper management has no idea how to manage the company. Did a layoff of 200 people in August and another one in December. Never understood the criteria to let some people go. No transparency and felt I was being fooled.
