Pros

Get to work remotely, thats the only pro if you prefer to work from your house/hometown.

Cons

The organization prioritizes task execution over meaningful engineering work. Roles that are presented as engineering-focused largely involve reviewing or validating AI-generated output, with limited scope for hands-on development, let alone system design, or problem-solving. There is minimal emphasis on learning, mentorship, or career growth. Despite hiring engineers with strong technical potential, the work environment does not provide sufficient opportunities to build or deepen engineering skills. Employee feedback and long-term career development do not seem to be a priority for management. Communication from leadership often lacks clarity, and decision making at senior levels appears disconnected from on ground engineering realities. Overall, individuals seeking strong engineering challenges, continuous learning, or career progression will find the experience misaligned with their expectations. Dont join if you are looking for technical growth.
