1) No more wasting time commuting to a 9 to 5 job. I get to choose my own working hours. Moreover, I can work from anywhere, literally! 2) I get to work with a diverse group of people from all over the world. The team is really understanding, hard-working, respectful of your work schedule, and skilled.

Pros: Flexibility to choose my working hours. I am able to take out time for my family which was not possible earlier when I had to commute to the office daily for a 9-5 job.
