Pros

Signing up on Turing.com as a developer does not take much time. All you have to do is create a new account and take some tech stacks that are related to your skills. Fully remote job, no need to travel to the office every day and waste time. Turing offers flexible working hours and I am able to give more time to my family.

Cons

None, so far! I love my current work at Turing.

Pros

I work as a Turing Software Developer. I feel I have the best of both worlds. I am able to work for Turing in the heart of Silicon Valley, from the comfort of my home, with great pay and solid growth opportunities. I love the company's close-knit culture and the opportunity to work with talented people from diverse backgrounds. Turing is a great place for skilled software developers who want to take their career to the next level.

Cons

Certain process and practices are not established, as with the case in any startup that is evolving
