Fully remote in Ireland. Nice colleagues.

Due to the structural change in the recent 1 or 2 years, - Less clear goals for the department while unclear deliveries are rushed, which is seen by the management as the value of the department in Ireland. - Employees are being pushed to deliver more because the managerment uses that to show value to the business stakeholders, which kills the innovative soil that is desired under AI trends. - Too many meetings including dailies and others, which can be unnecessary. - Less transparency from the department boss to the mid manager as to how they perform. Management failures become ICs' fault. - Less job security.
