      We have been navigating change to transform in today's quickly evolving market. UL Solutions was a not-for-profit until 2012. So, as the business has evolved to include more rigor and structure, it can feel more corporate. Restructuring is not a decision that management takes lightly. These changes are the result of thoughtful decisions our leadership team has made to realize our full growth potential. We have a robust training program through UL University, and we include all employees, regardless of job level, in our annual incentive program. Thank you for sharing this feedback.

      The land of over-promise and under deliver

      Pros

      Benefits package was pretty decent.

      Cons

      Zero employee appreciation, compensation is weak, bonus structure is unmotivating, frustrating woke leadership, employees and customers are treated like trash, employee retention is terrible so expertise is twindling.
