      Pros

      Most jobs in the company are very stable. If you work in one of the global headquarter buildings then there is a real chance at advancement.

      Cons

      Pay vs bonus realigned to benefit stock price, not employees. 10% of bonus taken away to benefit stock price. Executives were given millions worth of stock at the IPO while staff were excluded due to difficulty in incorporating global staff. Decisions are made only in headquarters offices. Software development jobs are all moved to South Asia.

      Great Experience but ....

      Pros

      Learned a lot in a short period of time, gained a valuable experience, made a lot of friends. kept me busy and all. Truly worked with the best team in the building, was nice to know we had each others backs.

      Cons

      Some of the problem is having to many people that are related and getting away with a lot. Management could do more to stand behind their top employees. Training is pretty much a 15 min speech and you learn the rest on your own. For a company that is all about safety, they should have better training. A lot of disorganization and wastefulness in every department. Money that can be better spent paying more to employees goes out the window.

      Leadership Incentive Program where you get tens of thousands of dollars to remain in leadership and not leave

      Cons

      - Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on consultants but refusing salary increases to keep bottomline healthy - A culture of non accountability - High burn out due to extreme red tape
