      Good company to get foot in door

      Pros

      Flexibility of hybrid schedule. Work with nice people and decent benefits. Management at location level is great to work with.

      Cons

      *Raises are annual however usually a very small percentage and rarely makes a difference in your paycheck. *Have had a high number of layoffs/departures in the past few years which have decreased employee morale.

      No raises, crazy quotas and large work loads with expectations to perform. Hire too many temp workers and never hire them on full time
