      People , you’re given the tools you need for your job.

      Cons

      Lower Management. If you’re comfortable in your job roll you’re treated as “unmotivated” and they give reviews on a bell curve so someone always has to be on the wrong side.

      Good benefits, open to make your own work at the location I was at.

      Cons

      I got let go along with my whole department from higher ups that didn't seem to have a direction in mind for the company. My department was profitable, but since a new department head took over, we were a satellite operation and the department head didn't need us anymore since there was only a few of us.
