      People, work-life balance, training is decent but could be better. Work is relatively low stress and fulfilling.

      Cons

      Should allow the option project handlers to work (almost) fully remote, minus travel to customer sites / test sites, not much need for much in person presence. Pay is a bit low compared to other engineering fields/companies
