Money is ok. They have development plans and the contact with customers is nice.

Cons

Too much pressure to finish projects, everyday micromanegement. No space for ideas only procedures...and almost no mentoring.

Great for new grad's for building work experience and people not looking to climb the corporate ladder. Flexible hours, good holiday package, good work-life balance. Supportive co-workers.

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy, delegation to the point of abdication. Hard work not acknowledged. Low pay. Men earn more than women. No possibility for growth. Not family friendly. Absent HR, All decision making centralised at HQ. Company treats employees as replaceable workers that are costs to be cut and not as assets to be developed.
