      Pros

      Cooperative working environment and great opportunities for young professionals to get involved with cross-functional projects for global opportunities

      Cons

      Poor Middle Management team who can be hard to work with. A lot of those middle managers have been with UPS for your entire life and they are not committed to guiding new talents but just try to survive their job. They can be inconsiderate of their direct report's workload and they don't seem to possess decent leadership skills
