      There is something different about the UPS Capital vibe. People enjoy coming to work, they are completely engaged and like to have fun and help others no matter how high or low you are in the hierarchy. There is constant open communication and a drive to keep employee engagement high with enjoyable activities that appeal to all generations. The organization is very nimble and anyone can make real contributions and see the results of their hard work. The senior leadership is also very approachable and open to new ideas.
