      Pros

      Promotional opportunities, lots of lateral depth, very secure company, great benefits, great coworkers and good leadership

      Cons

      Can be a little conservative, the parent can be overbearing. Lots of growth can make it hectic at times

      Pros

      If you are not concerned about being able to move up in a company or max out your commission, you can create a flexible schedule for yourself.

      Cons

      Commission is terrible compared to other companies, Leadership has zero vision or care for the employees. One person at the top has all control and a total lack of respect for the business and its employees. Im sure when this company started it was great, the culture is now terrible and the moral is at an all time low.
