      Pros

      The insurance is paid for and you only work 3.5 hours or so a morning.

      Cons

      Mgmt is beyond terrible, they look for workhorses, if you can show up and not have any issues or speak up about anything you will be okay. Mgmt is liars and manipulators. When you are promoted to driver, there pay structure has changed to of course a lower pay doin the same job the older guys make that have been there for many years.
