Pros

Great for recent high school graduates who need a steady part-time job while attending college. Tuition reimbursement program. Paid-for health care after 120 consecutive work days. Promotions are based off how long you've been with the company. If you're loyal, they reward you.

Cons

If you're not used to sweating and breathing heavy, this job isn't for you. You cannot work when you want to or only work weekends, weekdays, etc. It's the same shift. Five days/week. Period.

Pros

I was treated very fairly and with a lot of respect. I was teamed up with several different drivers over the Christmas holiday and each one was incredibly friendly and fun to be around. I was given a lot of hours on a regular schedule. It's also nice to deal with people and get to know local businesses.

Cons

Some drivers are definitely better than others. It can be frustrating to have a slower driver when you're trying to work as efficiently as possible. It's tiring work, but it definitely gets easier as the days go by. I have heard some people have trouble getting picked up for hours, but as long as you work hard for your driver and show up on time they will probably request you each day so you won't have to call into the dispatch center every morning. I had to buy a brown jacket out of pocket because they ran out of the uniforms.
