Pros

Good Benefits for a part time job, decent pay, drivers make an excellent salary for a non degree job. Part time work is great for keeping you in shape.

Cons

It takes a long time to advance with the company, especially in a smaller building. You can move up faster in a HUB. Average employee will take at least 5 years to move into a driving position. Part-Time management you definitely want to get your degree to advance.
