Pros

BENEFITS! Preload hours work well for stay at home moms. (Work 3am-8am then home for the family). Only part time for the best benefits you'll ever see. Plenty of opportunities for advancement if you're willing to change your schedule, join the management team, or become a full time driver.

Cons

It is extremely frustrating and physically demanding. It pretty much kills your Christmas joy (peak season makes for much harder work). Now one must work for one year before recieving benefits, and 18 months for the family to receive them as well.

Pros

UPS has given me the opportunity to complete my college degree with minimal cost to myself. The bad part of working there is their promotion process. Computer test, written test, panel interview, and then wait until a position opens.

Cons

Military style leadership and management. A lot of people are clueless aand not motivated to do a good job. Passing the buck is very common.
