Good benefits once you are permenant employee Upward mobility They hire from inside before going outside

Cons

Schedule changes everyday Supervisors make it difficult to do a good job Sometime have to load 2+ trucks alone

There’s really no perks because in peak season.

Cons

The hours suck during the summer, maybe 5 hours a day. Management sucks.

During peak season (November/December) you get a lot of hours/pay More than minimum wage

Cons

Can get really boring Depending on the supervisor, some will not allow you to work extra hours Health insurance after 1 year
