Pros

The interview process was a sales pitch. The interviewer seemed desperate to hire workers. There is a high turn over rate. There was a promise of a Christmas monetary bonus when the season ended.

Cons

Dirty work conditions such as unkept trailers. Dust and particulate matter floating inside the trailers where we inhaled this stuff into our lungs. When we blew our nose black junk came out from inhalation of particulate matter. We worked past breaks with no bathroom breaks without approved permission. One ladies bathroom with one stall for all the women that worked there. During breaks you would waste time waiting in line to use the bathroom and not have time to eat. No PPE was provided to us such as work gloves, safety glasses or safety vests. Employee identification numbers were not provided. You had to manually sign in to get paid. If you were lucky they remembered to actually pay you. I still have not received my paychecks.
