Very nice coworkers, some interesting projects, collaborative environment within teams.

Cons

Management does not really care about people. Your career depends on the good grace of top management. Poor benefits for entry level newcomers. "Us against them" atmosphere. Decision making getting more and more centralized in the US headquarters.
