Pros

Large, global provider of logistics services. There isn't any area of the modern logistics world UPS doesn't have a product or service. Good benefits, some training opportunities, laid back working environment for non-operation employees.

Cons

Pay and progressive development are not a strong hand for UPS. Promotion is slow and somewhat vague in developing skills to enhance performance. On boarding new employees is horrible. The culture is difficult for many to assimilate into. High performing workforce is not a virtue. Gender and identity politics have significant role to play people moves.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, if you have brown blood and work hard you are given lots of training and development, yearly pay rises, time off for doctors etc

Cons

Hard workers get more work and worked into the ground, the more you give the more they take and if you work 50 hours a week and someone else does their normal hours you get 0.5% increase in salary more than them
