      - Decent benefits (starting 2 weeks vacation + 1 week discretionary) - Clear career growth paths (from Jr. to Sr. Developer and lateral career opportunities) - Decent training resources (video & in-person courses) - Company stock options available for full-time employees

      Cons

      - Lots of red-tape around software development, making it very hard to develop new solutions - Members of higher management make haphazard decisions and take no accountability - Adopting a culture of working long hours and being in a constant crunch state, with little meaningful recognition of employees - Company culture and spirit has progressively weakened
