Lots of travel opportunities depending on where you work, generous leave and time off. Broad range of positions can accommodate workers of many different skill sets.

Cons

Relatively unchallenging work, skills are unlikely to grow over time, except with regards to navigating bureaucracy. Luck of where you are assigned is a big factor in determining the caliber of work you get to do.
