      Good Benefits, Poor Work Environment

      Competitive salary, good health insurance, good work life balance, great retirement plan. Advancement opportunities if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Most coworkers have no work experience outside of the Government. Many retired as officers and were hired as senior civil servants and bring the rigid hierarchy with them.
