Pros

Stable, monotonous, low effort for mediocre award

Cons

Pros

Some people are easy to work with and it’s very doable.

Cons

Some MOS’s (jobs) are much better than others. Also some of the higher ups are very hard to work with. Do t really know how to deal with younger soldiers these days.

Pros

Money, travel, I have a fun job, get four day weekends fairly often, 9-5 most days, weekends off, health benefits, my husband can work from home, I can afford our bills, free dental, free healthcare, help with paying for school, squire 2.5 paid leave days per month, TSP matching, help with rent.

Cons

The way that leaders run things can make or break a unit but the same can be applied to work for certain bosses. I wish they had not changed the retirement plan to blended retirement.
