Pros

Good combination of office and field work, along with personal space to get the job done. Each engineer gets a separate office. They can pay for your master's degree, and send you on long term training for a PhD.

Cons

Management has been very slow on upgrading and maintaining equipment and does not sanction unproductive employees. Everything moves slow, complicated internal mechanisms (paperwork).

Pros

Pay above average and overseas they pay your housing and utilities. Good benefits, vacation and sick leave. Fairly ethical workplace. You would have to be a really incompetent to get fired.

Cons

Hair always on fire, everything is a priority therefore hard to set priorities. To many filters between the boss and workers. Leadership does not always hear what it needs to hear. Way to many non-productive, or meetings that could be much shorter.
