      Pros

      Great place to start and build a career right out of High School, very rewarding, can be very exciting, pay has greatly improved, form friendships that will last a lifetime, respected, you will be glad you worked for the Army unless you are a oxygen thief

      Cons

      Deployments, moving a lot, hard on family members, physiological and physical risks inherent with combat, can work extremely long hours in very harsh conditions

      Pros

      Opportunity to travel and be part of a noble organization. Work with some of the most dedicated and courageous young people in our country

      Cons

      Lack of time with family. Such a large organization that not necessarily the best rise to leadership positions but instead those that put the priority on advancement verus always doing the right thing.

      The best decision I ever made. Great stepping stone to put you at the forefront of almost any field you choose.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. The poop always runs downhill. Lower enlisted are always expected to do their leaders jobs without any credit.
