Medical benefits, education benefits after service, job experience, training, employee diversity, potential to be great job. Many 3-day weekends.

Cons

Unchallenging. Difficulty getting time off for illness or family. Long hours. Low pay. Unhappy employees.

Being part of United States Army Japan is an amazing opportunity for any Soldier. Japan is a wonderful, exciting country with a lot to offer.

You will often travel away from loved ones/family for work.

work very hard, but play very hard. The amount of money allocated to special ops was amazing. Our deployments were always short and full of surprises

You train and train and train. Sometimes time is wasted that could be spent on more essential tasks
