Decent salary and home office tools. Thats the only 2 pros I can think of

Very mad management with no skills in leadership. Managers in their roles for years and will stay there until retirement, thus nothing will change as static organization. I have never experienced so toxicity like here where your work based on no trust, work never appreciated, not a single thank you. Each day is a blame game and pointing fingers. Empathy does not exist in their dictionary.
