Safe, but dull and slow

Pros

It's a very stable company. Many people are there for a long time. Bosses are generally respectful of your time, you're pushed to take your vacation days, and you're not going to receive any calls or messages once the work day ends. The work-life balance is good.

Cons

Your role is your role, and there is no stepping outside it, or any room for growth or development. So it can feel monotonous. Processes are very outdated and even the most menial tasks take a long time to do, as a result. It's paper based and there is a LOT of bureaucracy, and these things often tend to take you away from your main tasks. It's also very hard to get clear answers out of anyone, and you will be re-directed and re-directed from person to person before you find one. Uniper is extremely process-focused, but few seem to know how those processes actually work.
