You can visit at least once to UK.

Cons

There is no management. Only a single person handles it. He is the CEO, He is the MD, He is the HR, He is the reporting manager. While negotiating during he will mention to talk with HR team, but there is no one as such. He will tell good words and will call a lot of times before joining but once one joins the company after that he does not receive your calls even if the calendar is empty. Always make false promises.
