Amazing so far...

-In the US, we have 22 holidays, 10 sick days, 15 education days, 5 volunteer days, 15 vacation days, and 5 covid days. That's about 3 times as many days of as any other job that I've had... -My manager is kind and focused on helping me. The culture of kindness paired with getting things done is extremely effective. -There is a specific and measurable process for promotions and career progression. -Remote work!

Cons

-Pay is less than comparable top tech companies like Google, and Facebook. But I'll take the time off and healthy culture any day! -Company seems like it's playing catchup in parts of the services/platform market, so the stock isn't growing quickly...

Smart people to work with, awesome opportunities to delve into, great culture of innovation, flexible work hours and locations, solid stack to work on

Cons

Lot of attrition within due to the changes in management and divergences in focus areas, regular layoffs are also a matter of concern, also lots of old timers form their own pools
