Pros
Great technology. Nice head quarters. The engineering staff is really talented. The products are generally rock solid. Product managers are generally interested in client feedback.
Cons
Professional Services management is more sales focused than true consulting. Sales numbers and utilization rein supreme over customer satisfaction or personal development. Management is very stingy in certain cases. They will spend $1 million on a sales all hands at a fancy hotel, yet require you to share a room with a co-worker. They also expect travel and meetings on the weekend with no offer for comp time. Managers don't appear to have much work-life balance and they expect the same from employees.
