Pros

Amazing coworkers. WFH capabilities/beautiful offices. Potential to grow in your role/expand your skills/move between roles.

Cons

Questions about equity in pay. The same issues for women in tech that I have seen everywhere - lack of acknowledgement and respect.

Thank you for your feedback. The tech market continues to spike in different locations and for different skill sets. We work closely with our managers to stay on top of this and have several powerful salary survey tools that provide competitive salary analyses for our people.

Pros

Great central location downtown, office space is very cool, collaborative work environment, really smart and talented people, get to work on very unique problems and projects, lots of perks for a small and growing company like 401k matching. Managing partners are very transparent with company details including financials. In general a very startup feel with infrastructure in place to provide some security for the long term.

Cons

Growing company with high expectations can impact work-life balance at certain times based on client's timelines. Not a place to work if you want to hide out in a cube. Need to be able to deal with ambiguity and jump in and just move things forward. Some recent turnover has caused increased workload. In a small company one negative person can make a huge impact, recent launch of Yammer and increased hiring of managers has helped give us an outlet to voice concerns openly and have things addressed.
