      Difficult, unfriendly, unstable Environment

      Good pay, some good benefits (becoming fewer going forward), well established brand in the market

      Cons

      Totally unstable environment (they change organization and org. chart basically every 6 months), very unfriendly, difficult to work, missing cooperation among people. High level of politics, and many VPs have no clue of real leadership or respect for the minimum human values.

      Cons

      Massive Hierarchy everyone is VP. Manager only for glorious, culture of more relationships then work, the leadership don’t care about costumers only about themselves. The culture philosophy is only in the paper, real life matters who you know.

      Overall good, but pay and benefits are low

      Pros

      the company offers a lot of opportunities and connections. It is a good step stone and people are very nice, as are the offices and the equipment handed out.

      Cons

      The pay is not good. They do not increase your salary yearly and it is very tough to argue an increase. It is easier to switch to another department than to argue with your own manager. The bonus is usually not achieved, since the goals set by the management are unachievable. It was said that the last bonus was only achieved because management moved payments around to reach its goals. Generally, moral is low in the company.
